About

Athletes will learn the basics of positions and how to use effective form and build neuro resilience with the progression of making their bodies stronger. The cornerstone lifts I prescribe are Squatting, Pull ups, Trapbar Deadlifts & a Carry or Sled Push. I also help improve their balance, sprinting, changing direction, landings and reaction time. They will also learn the important role our brain plays in movement and how it is combined with weight training & athletics.
